Julie is EMDR trained and combines it with Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to deepen the trauma work. She is also trained in ERP for OCD.

Before pursuing her dream of becoming a counselor, Julie spent almost two decades helping parents and children across all areas of life, including communication, child development, and parenting skills. Therapy can be uncomfortable at times, but Julie’s comforting style and quickness to laughter make the process that much easier. She enjoys helping teens and adults understand their stories and the impact on our lives.
