My approach to therapy is collaborative, attachment focused and trauma informed. I have spent over 12 years helping clients who have complex trauma, numbing or dissociation and attachment/relational issues find peace and experience healing that lasts. I am a certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a comprehensive therapy approach that has been shown to be highly effective in addressing trauma and PTSD as well as anxiety and depression.
