I strive to employ a holistic approach in my work, focusing on considering the whole person both through the lens of individual experiences as well as the lens of social identities. My clinical work is heavily influenced by feminist and social justice theories. I implement strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy in an effort to empower individuals to better understand, contextualize, and manage their symptoms and reduce stress.
