Culturally-attuned therapy for the Asian community by Anise Health. Submit our intake form to be instantly matched with a therapist who understands you.

Hello! I'm a therapist at Anise Health, a digital mental health platform dedicated to offering culturally-attuned care for the Asian community. Here, you can be your full self with therapists and coaches who truly understand your background, culture, and unique lived experiences. To schedule an intake session, please submit our short intake form (<5 mins) by clicking the "Schedule Online" button. If you want to work with me, we would be happy to prioritize that match! When filling out your intake form, select "MiResource" when asked "How did you hear about us?" and enter my name directly into the notes. I believe that everyone carries rich and complex stories that deserve to be heard and honored; and my work as a counselor is guided by those stories. Through the counseling process, healing, growth, and empowerment can take root. I support individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, depression, and anxiety, and I am deeply committed to working with clients as they explore their racial, sexual, and multicultural identities. My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic principles, drawing from Person-Centered, Gestalt, Narrative, and Existential theories. Guided by my values of social justice and education, I strive to foster trust and create a space that is empathic, client-focused, and culturally attuned. A fun fact about me is that I am the eldest daughter in my family, so I recognize the quiet expectations that often come with that role. We look forward to supporting your journey!
