I specialize in trauma and trauma-related disorders. I help clients process difficult experiences and regain a sense of control. I am trained in EMDR and the Flash technique. I am a certified trauma specialist, yet I approach each person's individual needs. I believe you should be an active decision maker in your therapy and welcome your input to help you accomplish your individual goals. I work to provide a safe and structured approach to processing past experiences, reducing emotional distress, and developing tools to move forward.
