Josephine (Josie) Nicholson
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist, Sports Psychologist
I work with those who want to grow personally and perform better in their sport, at their job, in their relationships, or in their life.
As a sport psychologist and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, I bring nearly 20 years of experience in helping athletes overcome mental health challenges and optimize their performance. I've worked with athletes and performers at every level: high school, recreational, collegiate, Olympic, and professional. Using a range of proven techniques, including hypnotherapy, I help athletes build the mindset they need to excel, achieve their goals, and live the fulfilling lives they desire. Whether you're striving to perform at your best, navigate the pressures of competition, or find balance in your life, I am here to guide and support you. As a PSYPACT credentialed professional, I can work with athletes in PSYPACT states.
