Joseph Parker provides professional, evidenced based mental health services to individuals over the age of 13. Offering a collaborative and solution focused approach, Joe assists clients in gaining ownership, insight, and skills to address their concerns and to restore their life to balance. He has been practicing for over 18 years, specializing in depression, anxiety, couple's therapy, stress management, chronic pain issues, and has treated most other mental health conditions. Currently accepting New Clients! Therapy is more than processing your emotions and unpacking your current troubles. It is about challenging yourself to identify, stop, and replace unhealthy thought and behavior patterns, while boosting the healthy patterns. Therapy is a collaboration where Joe will assist you in exploring your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors in working towards change.
