20 years in practice

I've been a practicing therapist for over 15+ years. I work with males including LGBTQ. My associates see females and other demographics. See website.

My goal is to ensure you have a safe, comfortable environment to share and explore your thoughts and life experiences. We will work to help you identify and clarify the problems in your life. I will help guide you through the steps to improve your situation and quality of life by leaning into courage and embracing common humanity. You have the skills; you have practiced them; I bring awareness to them. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or those feeling lonely or bored with life. I have been practicing for 20 plus years and will develop a treatment regime for you. The work is meaningful, rewarding, insightful, and life-changing. Good mental health is primary since it affects everything, so let’s work together on fixing things. Some of my specialties include men’s issues, LGBTQ, shame, and trauma. My associates and I work with all genders, ages ranging from adolescents to adults. Reaching out takes courage. I understand; I’ve done the work. I create safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environments, supporting you forward, providing research-driven techniques. They will shift you both personally and professionally, uncovering shaming narratives and developing self-compassion and solutions to improve your quality of life.
