Be the person you want to be, not who you think you should be.

My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel truly recognized, valued, and supported. I view therapy as a unique opportunity to delve into your inner world, fostering growth, healing, and self-discovery. The relationships formed in therapy are deeply meaningful to me, and it would be a privilege to accompany you on this part of your path. Together, we’ll approach our work with empathy, openness, and genuine curiosity. While the process of confronting life’s challenges can be difficult, you won’t face them alone, I’ll be right there beside you throughout the journey. As a proud LGBTQIA+ member, I am passionate about working with those alike. I focus on treating adults (18+) with anxiety, mood disorders, self-harming behaviors, self-worth, using CBT, ACT, and DBT. I am honored to help those seeking healing from trauma, disorders, anxiety, or anything keeping you from your true self. While I focus on LGBTQ+ topics, I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds. It’s a privilege to support those navigating life transitions, spirituality, personal growth, and existential questions. Therapy provides a space to reflect on what shapes us and take intentional steps toward the person we want to become.
