Jordan Knappins

Hi! My name is Jordan Knappins, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. I completed my master’s degree at Kent State University in 2022. I have experience working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disturbances, including anger management issues, anxiety, difficulties in social interactions, depression, reactive attachment disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I also provide treatment for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. My clients come from diverse backgrounds, and I work with individuals across various stages of life. I am a person-centered clinician who uses different therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy. I am also a flexible and client-centered therapist, dedicated to fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. My goal is to support and guide clients in achieving meaningful progress and improving their overall well-being. In my personal life, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my loved ones.
