I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to meet you! I use compassion, humor, and absolutely no judgment because therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be yourself. We will build a strong, trusting relationship that will help with your journey of healing and growth as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and new skills to manage anxiety and self-doubt and heal old wounds. My approach is client-led and collaborative, compassion focused, and I use a mix of cognitive and somatic based techniques to address both the body and mind. I offer individual and group therapy for young women ages 18 - 30s.
