Since 2009, I have worked extensively with individuals and families helping them resolve a variety of life problems. I work with children, families, adults, and couples. My focus areas include: anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, family dynamics, self-esteem, and relationships. I utilize a strengths-based, constructivist approach to highlight resourcefulness and assist clients in achieving meaningful self-discovery & personal growth. I obtained my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology, Concentration: Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Minor: Sociology from Rutgers University. I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New Jersey. I also have teletherapy licensing in Delaware, Florida, South Carolina, and Vermont.
