With over 25 years of experience in mental and behavioral healthcare, I am formally trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a particular interest in supporting those facing relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress, adjustment disorders, and anxiety.
