I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience in mental and behavioral healthcare. I am committed to helping adults find fulfillment and peace as they navigate life’s complexities and transitions. My focus is on identifying and addressing the emotional and behavioral barriers that prevent individuals from living satisfying, meaningful lives. I am formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a particular interest in supporting individuals facing relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress, adjustment disorders, and anxiety. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing process and define the level of change they are ready to pursue.
