I commit to working with folks from all walks of life and work to create a safe place for you and meet you wherever you are currently at!
By using a person-in-enviornment approach, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques such as ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to address the goals that you bring to therapy. I specialize in supporting folks who might be struggling with substance use, LGBTQ+ issues, faith and religious struggles, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
