I am an LGBTQIA+ competent provider who takes a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy.

Much of my work has been centered around helping folks with self esteem, acceptance, coping skills, psychoeducation, navigating identity, and major life changes. I am a part of and specialize in working with the transgender community, but I am happy to work with people from all walks of life. I take a person-centered approach to therapy (and life).
