Hi, I’m an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I’m here to help you feel supported in your mental health journey. With over 15 years of nursing experience and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, I’ve worked with a wide range of mental health conditions, from depression and anxiety to more complex challenges like psychotic and personality disorders. I work with young adults and seniors, offering care that focuses on both your mental and physical well-being. Whether you’re managing anxiety, bipolar disorder, or anything in between, my goal is to create a safe space where we can work together on a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships, including involving your family or support system when helpful.
