Grand Rising Behavioral Health offers supportive, short-term mental health care (IOP/PHP) for students navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

At Grand Rising Behavioral Health, we offer short-term, high-touch mental health care through our IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) and PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), designed for students and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or life transitions. What sets us apart is our deeply personal approach — small groups, consistent and compassionate staff, and a strong focus on expressive arts therapy. We use creative modalities like writing, movement, and visual arts to help clients process emotions and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. Our trauma-informed, evidence-based care is flexible and responsive to each person’s unique needs. We also offer virtual accommodations and transportation assistance to make access as smooth as possible — because we know that getting help shouldn’t be hard. Whether you're overwhelmed, burned out, or just need extra support, we’re here to walk alongside you with care and connection. We accept many insurance plans and work with student schedules.
