I work to individualize therapy for each client. I understand choosing a therapist is a difficult and important decision. Please feel free to reach out

I specialize in treating issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, life-transitions, and relationship issues. I provide therapy to adults and young adults through a personalized approach tailored for each client. I believe that developing a client-centered approach to therapy is key to feeling better each day. In therapy, a thoughtful review of stressors, trauma, and relationships helps to build a better context around the client's challenges and informs treatment. Therapy often involves building an understanding of how past relationships and experiences inform and affect our actions and emotions. We all struggle with life events, and in therapy we can work to address difficult feelings and address them a bit better. I have been working in mental health for the past 7 years and have specialized in addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety. Treatment involves focusing on the patterns they create, how to feel better, and how to make positive change. I work to individualize therapy for each client. I understand choosing a therapist is a difficult and important decision. Please feel free to reach out for a free call and ask any questions that might help you make the right decision. I am a LGBTQ-affirming therapist and support diverse groups, including immigrants and neurodivergent individuals. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Optum insurance, with options for out-of-pocket and sliding scale payments.
