I'm passionate about helping college students find solutions and improve their overall functioning and general well-being.

The foundation of my approach is helping patients identify their strengths so they can utilize them in their daily lives. My primary counseling approach is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) while incorporating mindfulness, relaxation and solution-focused techniques as appropriate. Helping people create positive change in their lives is something I value highly and something I'm lucky to do for a living.
