John Berry

John’s counseling experience includes college counseling, outpatient counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, community-based/in-home counseling, and mental health supervision and administration. John has worked primarily with adults, though he has experience with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. John uses a collection of counseling modalities to support clients through the therapeutic process, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and grief/trauma-informed therapy.
