Many of my clients come seeking clarity on why they feel the way they feel, what’s getting in the way of their goals, and how they have established patterns of relating that do not serve them. Other clients struggle with chronic mental health issues, trauma or crisis. I work with clients to solve problems and diminish symptoms by exploring the roots of their troubles and guiding them to examine themselves and find their truest self.
