Overwhelm can suck the joy out of you and put a wall up between you and the people and activities you love. You deserve better! Whether managing more general issues, diabetes distress or even a history of trauma, I would be honored to support you as you sift through it, exploring tools and skills to manage the day to day while unpacking issues from the past and putting them to rest. My name is Joanne Gerster and I've been supporting others just like you for the past 22 years. I am passionate about helping others, children, teens and adults, thrive with diabetes and the distress that can come with what life throws at us. When I'm not with clients or supporting other therapist and health care professionals in learning how to best support clients living with diabetes, I love to spend time with my active family, supporting them in their dreams.
