I am committed to providing personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s needs, values, and goals.

I am passionate about helping patients feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns and working collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans. I believe in providing compassionate, evidence-based care while building strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust and respect. I believe meaningful mental health care begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and open communication. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and actively participating in their care. I enjoy working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. I recognize that every individual’s journey is unique, and I am committed to providing personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s needs, values, and goals. My approach to treatment focuses on caring for the whole person rather than simply managing symptoms. I combine evidence-based practices with a collaborative, patient-centered philosophy to help individuals develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve lasting improvements in their mental health and overall quality of life. I believe patients experience the best outcomes when they feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey. I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from High Point University, where I received comprehensive medical and clinical training. My educational background and clinical experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and am dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care that supports long-term wellness and personal growth.
