(She/Her/Hers)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I support adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and identity or cultural concerns.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’ve cultivated my practice across diverse mental health settings, finding deep fulfillment in outpatient care and emergency crisis intervention. There’s something truly meaningful about building genuine connections with people over time, accompanying them through their healing path. Through my ER crisis work, I’ve also recognized the quiet power of being a steady presence, offering immediate assistance when everything feels overwhelming. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across all age groups and cultural backgrounds. These experiences shaped my approach with empathy, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to meeting people where they are. I find deep meaning in supporting those from underserved or marginalized communities. In my practice, I provide individualized medication management integrated with therapy and whole-person approaches. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and psychosis, as well as maternal mental health, identity, culture, and relationships. I may suggest exercises between sessions and sometimes integrate nutraceuticals and nutrition guidance.
