My areas of focus include women's and reproductive mental health and supporting veterans, immigrants, and BIPOC communities.

I'm passionate about women's and reproductive mental health across every stage of life, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pregnancy planning, infertility, miscarriage, birth trauma, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and menopause. I also treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, psychosis, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the ways culture, family, and life experiences can influence mental health. I’m especially honored to support those facing unique challenges, including veterans, immigrants, and BIPOC communities. I'm deeply passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, particularly within diverse communities. Breaking down these barriers encourages individuals to seek help early, fostering better outcomes and promoting overall well-being. My approach to care is person-centered and focused on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I combine evidence-based practices, including psychotherapy and medication management, with integrative techniques such as nutritional counseling and lifestyle adjustments.
