Jillian Southworth

I received my MSW in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and BA in Psychology from Guilford College. ​I interned at Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center and Jefferson Health's Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center in Philadelphia. I love what I do at Merak Health, which is to help my clients live better lives. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, school work, time management, imposter syndrome, trauma, etc., please don't hesitate to reach out to me. You don't have to do this alone. In therapy, I tend to draw from a variety of modalities, including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, psychodynamic, SFBT, and others. During my free time, I enjoy playing with my dogs and watching my newborn discover the world.
