I specialize in preparing a tailored individual treatment plan that addresses your mental health concerns. I'm passionate about serving the mental health population and specialize in individuals who present with anxiety, bipolar, depression, ADHD, and eating disorders. In addition, I specialize in providing tailored mental health support for athletes, addressing their unique challenges on and off the field. We will address performance anxiety to adjustment issues and build mental resilience and strength to maximize your athletic potential. With a deep understanding that each patient’s journey is unique, I value listening and connecting to ensure you feel heard, understood, and validated. My compassionate approach prioritizes empathy and patient-centered care. Fostering a trusting and supportive environment within my care is imperative in making you feel comfortable and confident.
