Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Take control of your well-being, strengthen your relationships, and optimize your life—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in North Carolina, offering both in-person therapy and telehealth services (telehealth available for North Carolina residents only). I provide care for teens (16+), young adults, and adults, with a holistic approach that considers underlying medical factors that may impact mental health. My goal is to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and concerns. I am passionate about serving the mental health community and specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, and eating disorders. In addition, I offer specialized mental health support for athletes, addressing the unique challenges they face both on and off the field. Together, we can work on issues such as performance anxiety, adjustment concerns, and building resilience to enhance mental strength and maximize athletic potential. I am also an LGBTQ ally and provide culturally responsive care, serving diverse groups including athletes and veterans. With a deep understanding that each patient’s journey is unique, I strive to ensure that you feel heard, understood, and validated. My compassionate, patient-centered approach fosters trust and creates a supportive environment, helping you feel comfortable and confident as we work toward your goals. Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Value BCBS, UMR, and United HealthCare. Out-of-pocket payment options are also available.
