(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Psychotherapist
I offer compassionate and empathetic mental health services to adult clients in a safe, judgment-free, virtual environment. I am LGBTQIA+ & ND affirming.
My purpose is to serve as your guide as you navigate through the process of healing and growth. We will work together using a person-centered, strengths-focused approach that supports you as an individual fully capable of creating positive change in your life. Everyone deserves to be respected, to receive acceptance, and to be deeply valued. I enjoy working with adult clients virtually throughout the state of Kansas using a person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as somatic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma (including religious trauma and spiritual abuse), grief and loss of loved ones (including pets), life transitions, family conflict and relationship issues, problems related to insecure attachment, challenges related to being 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent, and other issues. I support clients using a collaborative and affirming process. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients. I offer video-based individual therapy for adults throughout Kansas, and I’m proud to be in‑network with insurers like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and Tricare/Triwest, making therapy accessible and affordable for many people.
