Supportive Engagement

Supportive Engagement is a boutique, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming group practice serving children, teens, adults, and families. We support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, and postpartum experiences. We also work with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, by focusing on understanding their unique needs, strengths, and ways of engaging with the world—not changing who they are. Our clinicians use evidence-based and experiential approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy, and family-based interventions. We help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses while building practical, sustainable strategies that support daily functioning and overall well-being. We partner closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen connection, improve communication, and create environments that support regulation and growth. Clients who are a good fit for our practice are often feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for support in navigating specific challenges. We provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, build skills, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and meaningful.
