LPC-S, Certified Sex Therapist | Intimacy, sexual wellness & relationship therapy for individuals & couples seeking deeper connections.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Oklahoma, working with young adults and adults through secure video sessions. My work centers on intimacy, sexuality, and relationships-helping clients explore desire, connection, communication, and the parts of themselves that are often left unspoken, including dynamics within interracial, cross-cultural, and non-traditional relationships. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and used to showing up for others, but feel disconnected in their relationships, their bodies, or their sense of self. I support clients in slowing down, identifying patterns, and creating more aligned and honest ways of relating-to themselves and to others. I also address anxiety, stress, and the impact of cultural and identity-based experiences, including racial stress, relational trauma, and the unique challenges that can arise in cross-cultural, interracial, and non-traditional partnerships. I create a space where conversations around intimacy and sexuality feel grounded, respectful, and free from shame. My approach is collaborative and direct, with a balance of warmth and clinical insight. I integrate mind–body awareness and culturally responsive care, recognizing how identity, relationships, and lived experience shape overall well-being. Our work moves at a pace that feels safe and intentional. If you’re ready to deepen your understanding of yourself and shift how you experience connection, therapy can be a space where that work begins. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you don’t have to filter or perform. You deserve room to be fully seen, heard, and understood-without pressure or judgment.
