I offer individual, couples and family counseling with in-person and online options for your convenience.

I’m a multicultural counselor certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a brief intervention that can bring relief from intrusive thoughts or negative habits in as few as 1–5 sessions. For talk therapy, I work from a Jungian framework, viewing symptoms like anxiety, depression, or intrusive thoughts as “messengers” pointing to what’s missing in your life. Together, we’ll explore their origins and meaning through dream analysis, parts work, Gestalt, and the therapeutic relationship itself, examining how you experience our work together and why. Because the brain is highly plastic, new insights and healing experiences create real, lasting changes that affect both mind and body. If you’re ready for a different kind of counseling, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s begin today.
