Jessicah Walker Herche
Psychologist
We offer compassionate, effective therapy for high achievers & couples ready to ease anxiety, heal from trauma, and create more fulfilling relationships.
Offering a holistic and effective approach to your healing and wellbeing, I emphasize providing clients with a safe space to explore their feelings, discuss their perspectives, problem solve difficulties, and ultimately, experience healing and enduring change. I blend evidence-based approaches with a warm, intuitive style, offering practical tools, targeted strategies, and space for deeper reflection and meaningful growth. I enjoy working with a variety of people including high achievers, couples, creatives, highly sensitive people (HSPs), parents of highly sensitive children (HSCs), cycle-breaking parents, individuals and couples in the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent individuals and couples. I also treat a variety of concerns such as trauma (relational trauma, abuse/neglect in childhood), anxiety, depression, burnout, sexual concerns, and perinatal mental health challenges (including infertility/IVF). You don't have to go through your struggles alone. I am honored to provide a supportive space for you to begin the healing process, navigate the messy & unexpected parts of life, & work toward meaningful change.
