I am a bilingual, first-generation immigrant with over 10 years of experience dedicated to racial equality, healing, and supporting Latinx communities.
I am a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience. I am dedicated to racial equality and healing and am passionate about supporting Latinx communities. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences who are committed to their healing journey and therapy process. I help with anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, major life changes, and trauma. I use a trauma-informed, strength-based, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach. I am a first-generation immigrant daughter of Mexican parents, and I enjoy traveling, being in nature, and spending time with family. I love Disney, food, and being a wife and mom. I am also fluent in Spanish.
