My specialties include anxiety, stress management, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. I firmly believe in respecting and honoring the unique experiences, perspectives, identities, and cultural backgrounds that each person brings into the therapy room and hold myself to a very high standard of creating a safe space for all.
