Jessica Serio
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
Let's talk! I am looking forward to working with you and the unique strengths and challenges you bring to the office!
I am accepting new clients for in-person and Telehealth sessions in Fayetteville, AR. Mental health is more crucial than ever these days; being real about how you’re doing is often the first and hardest step. I am here for you and passionate about the counseling profession’s ability to help you achieve your mental health goals. My main approach to counseling embedded in Gestalt/existentialist theory with a strengths-based framework. I strive to help clients: find meaning in their lives despite their struggles; capitalize on their strengths; build healthy, assertive relationships and support networks; and develop more peace with the ambiguity and audacity of life.
