I love to work deeply and authentically with people who are motivated for change in their lives. I listen beyond the words for what’s really underneath. I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist, and that’s where the range of my life experience can be a valuable resource. Together, we’ll find the tools, the process, and the timing, that are right for you. I’m a process-oriented counselor and I believe in the healing power of a good therapeutic relationship. My approach is most closely aligned with Transpersonal and Humanistic schools of thought, integrating practices from ACT, CBD, Gestalt and others. I’m also a musician, and being an artist is central to who I am and how I see things as a counselor.
