Dr. Jessica Nelson is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and New York. She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. She focused her training in the areas of child, adolescent, and family therapy. Jessica is also a certified school psychologist in Pennsylvania. Her interests include psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families, school consultation, health psychology, and psychoeducational assessment. She has experience treating individuals with presenting concerns that include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, executive functioning difficulties, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, learning challenges, behavioral problems, family conflict, and managing chronic illness. Jessica incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and family systems theory in her practice.
