Jessica works with individuals and couples using an Holistic-Person-Centered approach with an emphasis on human attachment, trauma, and stress management.

I am looking forward to meeting you. As a mental health counselor, I have experience working with individuals from ages 5 to 45 years of age. I currently work from an integrative, Person-Centered and holistic approach when treating various mental and behavioral health concerns. My experiences include, but not limited to, treating children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment-based issues, relational difficulties, conduct and compliance issues, anger and stress management, as well as specific phobias. In addition to treating individuals, I've been blessed in working with siblings, parents, and their families to further enhance the effectiveness of treatment and to address family-related issues. This includes treating clients and their siblings experiencing difficulty in adjusting to ever-changing life circumstances, challenges at school and home-life, as well as struggles in communication, coping, and social skills with peers, siblings, and family members. Furthermore, it has been my pleasure to offer additional support and coaching for parents who work diligently to raise emotionally-resilient, respectable, and successful children adolescents. As a mental health counselor, I also hope to expand my knowledge and enhance my skills by serving the adult population and families, and to gain more experience in treating adult-specific issues such as interpersonal and intimacy concerns, work-life balance, stress and anger management, trauma-related issues, anxiety and depression, as well as adjusting to and coping with life transitions.
