If you're struggling with an eating disorder, OCD, or anxiety, I am here to offer hope and support.

I work with women who have eating disorders (such as anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, and binge eating disorder), body image concerns, low self-esteem, and body dysmorphia. I also am a specialist in OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and other issues. I love to approach counseling through a Biblical perspective while remaining open to working with clients of all faiths. I want to help you live a life with less suffering, one full of deep faith and joyful living. I graduated with my BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. I work from Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy treatment modalities while remaining flexible to adapt to each individual’s unique needs. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and an Eating Disorder Informed Professional through the Eating Recovery Center. I received additional training in CBT and DBT techniques and completed training in OCD treatment through Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy. No matter how you found yourself here, it would be my privilege to work with you.
