You deserve this time!

I’ve been working in the mental health field for nearly 10 years and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I’m passionate about helping people feel more empowered in their lives and more connected to their own strengths. My approach is collaborative and practical. I don’t believe in “fixing” people, but in helping clients access the tools and resilience they already have. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Sessions are tailored to each client, with an emphasis on building insight, learning coping strategies, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. Clients often describe me as approachable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I bring a younger, engaging energy into the therapy space while maintaining a strong clinical foundation. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and human—serious work doesn’t have to feel intimidating. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the best version of yourself.
