I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life to engage in a life changing opportunity for growth.

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. Looking for resources is the first step in making a change. I work with older adolescents (primarily ages 15+) and adults all across the lifespan. I've worked with varying diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image issues, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, and many more. In my practice I implement a few different modalities of treatment. The way I implement therapeutic strategies in session fall in line with cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution focused therapy, as well as pieces of other modalities. Together, we can set goals and work to get you to the point that you'd feel most comfortable with your life. Coming to therapy can be scary, but most change feels that way. My goal for how we work together is that you feel comfortable and validated in who you are and the work you're ready to do. I accept clients from all identities, cultures, and backgrounds in life and hope to make this a positive experience for you. Your feelings matter, you matter, your life matters.
