At Root and Branch therapy, I help teens and adults navigate different types of anxiety. Many of my clients are high achieving teens and adults who feel like they have to keep it all together, even when inside they feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can finally pause, be heard and explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Together we work on learning to untangle the worries and expectations that weigh you down. I combine evidence-based strategies with a compassionate personalized approach, helping you navigate anxiety and the patterns that keep you stuck.
