I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, using a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to therapy.

Life can be challenging, and relationships can sometimes feel overwhelming. I believe that healing begins through open communication, vulnerability, and the safety of a supportive therapeutic space. It’s an honor to hold space for your story, and my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and reminded that you are not alone. I work to meet each person where they are on their unique journey, offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is trauma-informed, drawing from modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and sand tray therapy. I also have experience supporting individuals in the foster care and adoption community. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all identities. Therapy doesn’t require a specific reason—sometimes, simply navigating life’s ups and downs is enough. Reaching out for support is a powerful act of courage and self-care. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and well-being.
