I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, using a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to therapy.

My name is Jessica Jeffrey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, with a goal of fostering a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe in meeting each person where they are on their unique journey. By providing an accepting and safe environment, I aim to create a space where you can freely express yourself. I understand the significance of relationships in our lives and offer support to families, working together to improve communication and understanding. Through our work together, we can nurture stronger connections within your family unit. Drawing from trauma-informed modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child Parent Psychotherapy, and sand tray therapy, I aim to provide a safe space to explore and heal from traumatic experiences. I also have experience in supporting individuals within the foster care and adoption community. Therapy doesn't always require a specific reason. Life can be challenging, and seeking support is a testament to your strength and self-care. It would be an honor to listen to your story and work together towards your well-being.
