Jessica Hunt

I enjoy working with individuals from across the lifespan and help with a variety of issues such as mild-to-moderate depression, anxiety, career/vocational concerns, self esteem, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, and relationship difficulties. I believe every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a safe place to process different parts of your story. As a counselor, I want to establish a strong therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively and empathetically with my clients to address physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social needs. I will draw upon your strengths and interests to work towards goals that encourage optimal functioning and move towards healthy change.
