Begin your journey towards healing by improving your life, learning new skills, and overcoming challenges.

Change can happen. Feeling better is possible. I work with teenagers and adults who are on a path of self-discovery. We will work together to empower you through an eclectic approach of strength-based techniques such as motivational counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and educational mental health. My counseling style is rooted in the belief that we are wired for connection, within ourselves and to others. Self-awareness and learning about the brain and stress responses are often what help us to better understand the roles that our thoughts play when we experience stress, trauma, and emotions. Learning and evaluating our coping strategies can help with emotion regulation, which also helps reinforce compassion for yourself and others. I provide a place that is safe for you to explore what makes your life meaningful and what stands in your way. If you or your child is struggling or could benefit from a caring person and a safe space to grow and learn or go through a difficult time, please contact me. I am honored to do this work and look forward to connecting with you.
