Jessica Hope
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Integrative, evidence-based psychotherapy for trauma, anxiety, and performance burnout. Specializing in treatment resistance and Ketamine Assisted Therapy
I bring 20 years of military experience to the work, creating a space that is direct, grounded, and judgment-free. I specialize in helping high performers—veterans, first responders, law enforcement, executives, and athletes—reclaim balance, purpose, and peace. My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with integrative methods like Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, when applicable, to address trauma, anxiety, and burnout at the root. I also offer extended therapy intensives, recognizing that one hour is often not enough time to create meaningful breakthroughs and sustained change.
