I believe it is important to integrate the therapy approach to each client. Throughout this integration, I utilize evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Therapy (EXRP) to help clients and meet their individual needs.
