Jessica Griffin
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I welcome the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, however, I specialize in working with clients with PTSD and ADHD.
I’m Jessica Griffin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 15 years of experience as an educator. My background in education has given me a deep understanding of human development, communication, and the challenges people face throughout life’s transitions, particularly young adults navigating the shift into adulthood. I am certified in Trauma Management Therapy through the University of Central Florida’s UCF Restores program and serve as a clinician with Redline Rescue, a network dedicated to supporting first responders. Having grown up as a military brat and coming from a family in the medical field, I bring personal insight into the pressures of service-driven careers. This background helps me better understand and support those who dedicate their lives to serving others. I welcome the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients. I specialize in working with clients with PTSD and ADHD, but also find success with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and thinking disorders.
