I welcome clients from all walks of life.
I believe that in order to get the most out of therapy, the client needs to work in collaboration with the therapist. Our childhood and current stresses can affect our mental health. I grew up in Russia, and provide therapy in English and Russian. I work with clients ages 5 and up. I work with family systems that are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, trauma, and relationship and family issues. I have been trained in sand tray therapy and EMDR.
