(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)
When life feels tangled and unclear, I help you find your footing.
Hi, I’m Jessica, a Michigan-based therapist and NCDA Certified Career Counselor specializing in neuroaffirming therapy, career support, and diagnostic assessments for ADHD and Autism in adults. I offer both in-person sessions in Ann Arbor and virtual appointments for clients across the state. Before launching my practice, I worked in high schools and colleges as a therapist, academic advisor, career counselor, and disability services counselor. Now, I specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD, Autism, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and the general “how do I adult?” chaos. I also offer career support for anyone seeking more direction, purpose, or balance in their work. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming to all identities. I bring curiosity, humor, and a collaborative vibe to sessions. I’m also big on sharing resources (sometimes maybe too many), encouraging stimming, using fidgets, scribbling during sessions, and doing whatever helps you feel comfortable and heard.
