At Nourish, we specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, panic, low motivation, low self-esteem, friendship/relationship challenges, OCD, type-A Personalities, chronic pain, chronic illness and childhood trauma. We are uniquely trained to help you overcome mental health challenges, reach goals, cultivate resilience, engage in positive behaviors and live with more joy. We love our jobs, are passionate about what we do, and have the skills, evidence-based training and constant passion for learning that allow us to connect and heal with our clients so they can quickly return to their lives! We are trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, somatic experiencing, brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, movement practices, sound healing, Constructed Awareness (CA) and other modalities.
